What you will do

• Lead design for core products including insurance, safety, and repair features.
• Ship 0-1 features that modernize the car ownership experience.
• Partner with product, data, and engineering to turn insights into impactful design.
• Build and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and visual excellence.
• Apply AI thoughtfully to create faster, clearer, and more personal user experiences.
• Raise the bar for UX and visual design across the entire product suite.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 12+ years of product design experience in agency or in-house environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, thoughtful UX, and shipped consumer products at scale.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end from research to launch.
• Experience building and evolving design systems in collaboration with engineering.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align cross-functional teams.

• Experience in marketplaces, fintech, mobility, or insurance.
