Account Executive – New Logo

What you will do

• Develop new-logo business opportunities to meet quarterly revenue targets.
• Respond to customer inquiries and deliver observability solution support during evaluations.
• Run outbound prospecting (calling, email) and manage lead generation and channel coordination.
• Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead management, quotes, trials, and closing.
• Partner with sales engineering on online product demonstrations and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or software solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of network management, infrastructure monitoring, and database portfolio products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage IT decision-makers.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
