Service Technician

What you will do

• Conduct sampling and laboratory testing of process systems to ensure accurate results.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot faults, and correct operational issues.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain chemical dosing and monitoring equipment.
• Manage chemical stock levels and place orders to ensure site continuity.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required for travel across multiple sites.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a field-based environment.
• Commitment to safety, EH&S policies, and safe work practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer systems.

Nice to have

• Trade qualification or degree in Chemistry or Science.
• Prior industry experience in F&B or industrial manufacturing.
• Comfortable working at heights.
