What you will do

  • Orchestrate enablement needs across all field functions including Sales, Presales, Partners, and SDRs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional sales leadership to diagnose business challenges and recommend enablement solutions.
  • Activate global and local enablement initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and field engagement.
  • Represent the field perspective to the Global Enablement Team (GET) to shape and prioritize global strategies.
  • Develop and deliver tailored enablement programs that drive measurable sales performance improvements.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of products, use cases, and sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or revenue enablement, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of acting as a strategic advisor to senior sales leaders.
  • Strong understanding of sales execution, onboarding, and buyer personas.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and sales enablement platforms like Highspot.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to assess program effectiveness through data and analytics.
