What you will do

• Conduct policy research and analysis to support enterprise program development.
• Evaluate existing policies to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and coordinate policy documents aligned with federal and DoD guidance.
• Manage policy initiatives, including project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Engage stakeholders to gather input and build consensus for policy development.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for leadership review.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing policy within federal or DoD environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess complex technical and operational issues.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply policy guidance from federal, DoD, and Intelligence Community sources.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including government leadership and technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for policy documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, digital forensics, or cyber operations policy.
• Familiarity with national-level cybersecurity or intelligence community frameworks.
• Knowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community resource planning and governance.
