TL;DR

Sales Enablement Leader, APAC (Sales Enablement): Lead Okta’s enablement strategy and execution across the APAC region with an accent on regional orchestration across Sales, Presales, Partners, SDRs, and Customer First. Focus on diagnosing field challenges, activating global and local enablement programs, and improving sales productivity through measurable performance metrics.

What you will do

  • Orchestrate regional enablement needs across Sales (including onboarding), Presales (SEs), Partners and Alliances, SDRs, and Customer First.
  • Gather and channel Voice of the Field insights to Global Enablement and other field functions to improve programs and execution.
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to align enablement initiatives with business objectives and commercial outcomes.
  • Activate and execute global and local enablement programs (pre-launch, launch, post-launch), including facilitation and success-metric tracking.
  • Contribute to the quarterly Global Enablement Plan by defining regional and segment-specific needs and barriers to adoption.
  • Develop program briefs and coordinate content frameworks to ensure regional/segment fit and audience resonance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related field, ideally in tech or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to advise and partner with senior sales leaders.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering enablement programs tailored to sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of sales execution, including onboarding, sales processes, challenges, and buyer personas.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and communicate effectively with strong storytelling skills.
