What you will do

• Lead strategic customer engagements to design and implement tailored automation testing solutions.
• Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Conduct in-depth technical product demonstrations highlighting advanced capabilities and competitive differentiation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients regarding testing strategies, best practices, and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive value-based solutions.
• Mentor junior team members to foster technical excellence and share domain knowledge.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in the testing domain, specifically as a Test Architect or Senior Automation Engineer.
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks such as Selenium, Tricentis, or Appium.
• Strong technical acumen in designing test architectures and automation strategies.
• Proven experience engaging with enterprise clients and managing complex technical discussions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for articulating technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a track record of driving customer success.
