What you will do

• Build real software, internal tools, and prototypes using frontier AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini.
• Produce high-quality content including videos, posts, and playbooks that document your builds and workflows.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable insights for operators, founders, and enterprise leaders.
• Lead AI workshops, hackathons, and leadership enablement sessions for customers across various business functions.
• Stay on the cutting edge of AI models and tools to maintain a sharp point of view on industry shifts.
• Drive the engine of build-content-workshop to turn audience attention into customer conversations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production code using AI tools.
• Strong portfolio of technical content (videos, posts, playbooks) demonstrating your ability to teach complex concepts.
• Deep understanding of the current AI landscape and hands-on experience with frontier coding models.
• Proven ability to facilitate technical workshops or hackathons for non-technical audiences.
• Operational discipline to manage a parallel calendar of builds, content production, and customer engagements.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site 5 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience straddling engineering and content for a technical brand or creator.
• Background in Developer Relations.
• Subject matter expertise in industries like legal, finance, or marketing.
