What you will do

• Own founder-ready analysis, board decks, and company-wide presentations by turning ambiguous business questions into structured data narratives.
• Maintain data hygiene and write optimized SQL queries; perform root-cause analysis on core business metrics.
• Build and maintain high-quality BI dashboards as the company’s single source of truth.
• Bridge business reporting and AI scaling by structuring messy reporting into clean formats optimized for LLM consumption.
• Manage the OKR scoreboard and use data to flag goal slippage and cross-functional operational risks early.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in high-growth startups, management consulting, investment banking, or specialized BizOps roles.
• Strong first-principles problem framing and ability to drive solutions through to resolution with extreme ownership.
• Proven ability to craft executive-level decks and compelling data storytelling.
• Power-user proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience defining metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and prioritizing by impact.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in a modern BI stack.
• Background in engineering (e.g., industrial/process) is preferred.
