Compensation: $127,200 – $325,600 USD (Total Target Compensation based on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Facilitate customer onboarding, stakeholder orientation, and administration portal walkthroughs.
• Analyze platform usage and customer environments to identify expansion opportunities and strategic growth.
• Conduct technical health checks and assessments across DSPM, Privacy, and AI governance offerings.
• Monitor signals to detect churn risk and define proactive mitigation plans in partnership with Sales.
• Engage executive stakeholders including CISO, CIO, and Chief Privacy Officers to align product roadmaps with business goals.
• Own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap for strategic and enterprise-level accounts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 12+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS applications, and security technologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps.
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to synthesize technical and risk signals.
• Experience with DSPM, Privacy, or AI Governance platforms is highly preferred.
