Parts Catalog Experience Product Manager (eCommerce): Owning the end-to-end parts catalog experience across the eCommerce journey with an accent on product information architecture, data flow from PIM systems, and customer conversion. Focus on driving cross-team alignment, resolving complex dependencies, and ensuring customers can confidently select the right parts.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Broomfield, CO; Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; or Irving, TX)

Salary: $128,470 – $208,770

What you will do

  • Own the parts and catalog experience roadmap to improve product discoverability and selection accuracy.
  • Manage the flow of product information from PIM systems to the customer-facing parts.cat.com platform.
  • Translate customer insights and data into prioritized product improvements.
  • Lead end-to-end scrum processes, coordinating between engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive resolution of issues impacting purchase accuracy and customer confidence.
  • Ensure catalog experiences support regional and multi-language requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven experience in product management, eCommerce, or related digital roles.
  • Strong experience working with engineering teams in agile/scrum environments.
  • Experience with product catalogs, PIM systems, and data pipelines.
  • Ability to operate across multiple systems and manage complex dependencies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
