Compensation: $6,438.50 - $9,255.58 CAD Monthly.

What you will do

• Develop, host, and facilitate educational sessions and webinars for the hirify.global Learning Circle program.
• Consult and maintain partnerships with First Nations communities and health organizations to define learning objectives.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials and manage program technology and equipment.
• Write grant proposals, manage budgets, and prepare annual reports for stakeholders.
• Supervise program assistants and students, ensuring effective team coordination.
• Plan and implement educational workshops, seminars, and curriculum for health professional students.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of four years of experience in educational programming and curriculum development.
• Significant experience working with Aboriginal people and communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for complex reporting.
• Ability to host online and videoconferencing sessions effectively.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in grant writing and budget management.
• Proven ability to moderate interpersonal conflict and facilitate diverse groups.
