What you will do

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and workload management solutions using JavaScript.
• Implement enhancements to existing platform functionality and support reporting and analytics.
• Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations using JSON and XML.
• Serve as Tier 3 support to troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to deliver compliant technical solutions.
• Support data validation, transformation, and migration activities.

Requirements

• Must hold an active Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Must possess IAT II certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform configuration.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and relational databases.
• Experience working in SAFe Agile environments and supporting Federal or DoD projects.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Applications Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Asset Management, HRSD, or SecOps modules.
• Experience in a Lead Developer or Solution Architect capacity.
