TL;DR
ServiceNow Operations Lead (ITSM): Providing leadership and direction for Tier 3 support operations and workflow execution within a mission-critical federal government environment with an accent on platform stability, incident management, and service delivery performance. What you will do
- Provide leadership for Tier 3 Systems Administrator support operations within an enterprise service management platform.
- Manage escalation handling and resolution of complex incidents and operational issues.
- Oversee daily operational workflows, including workload prioritization and SLA adherence.
- Ensure platform stability, supporting cloud-based infrastructure, system integrations, and data migration.
- Monitor and report on operational risks, dependencies, and key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate Agile activities in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
Requirements
- Must have active TS/SCI clearance.
- 3+ years of experience managing or administering ServiceNow.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Government applications in classified environments.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams to support service delivery and operational stability.
- Experience supporting Federal Government or Department of War (DoW) environments.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification.
- SAFe Agile certifications.
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-team programs involving ITSM platforms.
