What you will do
- Develop and maintain efficient simulators capable of running millions of miles to evaluate onboard model safety.
- Process multi-modal data including camera, lidar, and radar inputs.
- Collaborate with AI and machine learning teams to enhance simulation pipeline capabilities.
- Design and optimize asset management pipelines for large-scale data storage and processing.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mountain View, California.
- Experience developing or working with 3D game engines.
- Background in approximating real-world physics, light transport, photogrammetry, or neural rendering techniques like NeRFs and Gaussian splats.
- Proven experience in building efficient asset management pipelines for data-intensive applications.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating with ML training pipelines.
- Understanding of trade-offs in synchronous versus asynchronous data processing architectures.
