What you will do

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop training content and align enablement priorities.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communications for enablement events and training sessions.
  • Organize and maintain the team's content library, including playbooks and job aids.
  • Support the rollout of new programs by tracking milestones and coordinating timelines.
  • Manage new hire sales onboarding logistics and track participant progress.
  • Consolidate performance reports on enablement tools and maintain effectiveness dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Education (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or marketing operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Familiarity with revenue enablement platforms such as Seismic, Highspot, Bigtincan, or Showpad.
  • Must be local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–20%.
