Salary: $171,000 - $214,000

What you will do
- Own and advance the company's security and IT programs, setting strategy and managing vendor relationships.
- Lead a team of three senior security practitioners and a senior IT administrator.
- Deliver SOC 2 Type II audits and maintain GRC policy and control documentation.
- Manage the SaaS portfolio, including licensing, governance, and adoption programs.
- Develop and execute an operational AI enablement program for non-technical employees.
- Ensure IT operations run smoothly, including identity and access management and MSP oversight.
Requirements
- Must be based in AZ, CO, DC, IL, MD, TX, or VA (additional states may be considered subject to approval).
- Proven experience delivering a SOC 2 Type II audit as the primary owner.
- Strong background in detection and response (SIEM, EDR) and GRC policy management.
- Experience managing a SaaS portfolio and enterprise-wide software rollouts.
- Ability to translate technical risk into business language for stakeholders.
- Experience managing people through the full lifecycle, including hiring and development.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying AI tools or low-code agent platforms.
- Familiarity with GLBA Safeguards Rule or NYDFS.
- Fintech or financial services industry background.
- EDR/CSPM platform experience.
