What you will do
- Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation for strategic enterprise customers.
- Act as a senior technical advisor to identify high-value use cases and translate product capabilities into scalable patterns.
- Design and deliver high-impact enablement, including technical workshops, executive briefings, and developer trainings.
- Manage advanced troubleshooting and technical escalations, partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
- Synthesize customer feedback and implementation patterns to influence the product and technical roadmap.
- Develop scalable resources, documentation, playbooks, and code samples to assist customer adoption.
Requirements
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
- 6+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Proven track record of leading technical implementations for enterprise customers.
- Deep knowledge of APIs, GraphQL, headless CMS, and component-based architectures.
- Experience with AI-powered development workflows, prompt-based systems, or LLM-enabled products.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
