What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets regarding volume, revenue, and margin in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across bakery, patisserie, and chocolate segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers as a trusted business partner.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Technical Advisors and Marketing to deliver customized, value-based solutions.
  • Manage sales planning, accurate forecasting, and customer credit limits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Technology, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in food ingredients or FMCG.
  • English language proficiency: intermediate to advanced level.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data interpretation and reporting.
  • Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
