What you will do

  • Create and deliver advisor development programming to strengthen business development and client relationship management.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of new advisor programming, including onboarding and core development curriculum.
  • Accelerate time-to-productivity for New Private Wealth Advisors through targeted integration and training.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and translate insights into actionable enhancements for productivity and retention.
  • Identify and deliver role-specific AI training to drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of national training programs, managing logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Strategy, Human Capital Management, or Business Management within Wealth Management or Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of the Americas wealth management landscape and regulatory dynamics.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority initiatives.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and presentation development.
  • Must be based in New York, NY.
