What you will do

  • Coach SDRs in real-time through call reviews, live workshops, and active participation in calls.
  • Own outbound and inbound qualification, pipeline quality, and the handoff process to AEs.
  • Represent the SDR function to sales leadership, providing visibility into pipeline health and market signals.
  • Define performance standards and build progression paths for the growth of each team member.
  • Shape the modern outbound motion by leveraging hirify.global workflows, signals, and enrichment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in GTM roles with 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams.
  • Prior professional experience in a closing role.
  • Proven ability to coach by doing, emphasizing direct involvement in calls over dashboard reviews.
  • Credibility with sales leadership and ability to communicate performance and market signals.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tooling and a strong curiosity about AI-driven prospecting.
  • Must be based in London and available to work in-office 5 days a week.
