What you will do

• Track, analyse, and respond to market performance, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.
• Use insight and analytics on key KPIs to inform decision-making and trading actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with digital trading, planning, pricing, marketing, insights, and finance teams.
• Lead forecasting and support regional/market sales forecasts.
• Maintain competitor and market intelligence and support marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Support Head of Markets in creating and executing mid-long term market strategies and P&L management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in London, UK at least 3 days a week
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, marketing analytics, or trade management roles.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• SQL and Power BI (or comparable BI tools) advantageous.
• Ability to interpret data, extract insight, influence stakeholders, and translate into trading actions.
• Good commercial awareness of fashion retail, online business models, and regional market nuances.
