Salary: $93,400 – $122,640 annually

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, recruitment strategy development, proactive sourcing, and talent pipeline building.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to align talent acquisition with organizational strategy.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support business growth and regional operational needs.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and talent marketing tools to improve process efficiency.
  • Drive data-informed hiring decisions and improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or high-volume hiring environments, including direct candidate sourcing.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; Workday Recruiting preferred.
  • Expertise in Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other passive-candidate channels.
  • 3+ years of experience directly sourcing and hiring for skilled trades, manufacturing, field service, or technical/industrial roles.
  • 2+ years of experience influencing hiring decisions and partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor.
  • Proven ability to uphold confidentiality and data integrity across recruiting activities.
