Principal Engineer (AI): Leading the technical vision and architecture for ’s next-generation digital workplace platform with an accent on Microsoft 365, enterprise AI integration, and endpoint engineering. Focus on transforming the workplace into an AI-first productivity environment while applying SRE principles to ensure global platform reliability and scalability.
Location: Fully remote within the United States
Compensation: $180,000 - $210,000 yearly

What you will do
- Define and lead the technical roadmap for digital workplace platforms, including collaboration, endpoints, and AI solutions.
- Architect enterprise AI capabilities using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
- Oversee end-to-end design for Microsoft 365 services, identity management, and endpoint engineering (Intune, JAMF, SCCM).
- Apply SRE principles to manage SLIs/SLOs and improve observability across global workplace services.
- Partner with cybersecurity, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive platform modernization and AI governance.
- Mentor engineering teams and lead technical design boards to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise engineering, platform engineering, or workplace technology.
- Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Strong experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with Copilot and low-code automation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise platform transformations.
- Strong architectural, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in the United States as this is a fully remote role.
