Location: Fully remote within the United States

Compensation: $180,000 - $210,000 yearly

What you will do

• Define and lead the technical roadmap for digital workplace platforms, including collaboration, endpoints, and AI solutions.
• Architect enterprise AI capabilities using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Oversee end-to-end design for Microsoft 365 services, identity management, and endpoint engineering (Intune, JAMF, SCCM).
• Apply SRE principles to manage SLIs/SLOs and improve observability across global workplace services.
• Partner with cybersecurity, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive platform modernization and AI governance.
• Mentor engineering teams and lead technical design boards to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise engineering, platform engineering, or workplace technology.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with Copilot and low-code automation.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise platform transformations.
• Strong architectural, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the United States as this is a fully remote role.
