What you will do
- Provide outstanding customer service support on contingent workforce processes and policies adhering to team SLAs.
- Partner with leadership and operations specialists to meet goals, drive projects, and solve complex organizational problems.
- Drive compliance, education, and program-level initiatives for the contingent workforce program.
- Manage day-to-day tactical operations including communications, documentation, scheduling, and meeting facilitation.
- Facilitate resolutions for accommodation and immigration requests, cost rate analysis, and investigations.
- Create and maintain documentation and provide training and mentoring as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Menlo Park, California, USA
- 3+ years of customer service support experience in contingent workforce, HR, or workforce management.
- Experience with VNDLY Vendor Management System and Managed Service Providers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with discretion in sensitive matters.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, ServiceNow, and AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, CoCo, and Snowflake Intelligence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Zip P2P Tool and Workday HCM.
- Experience creating training videos and using current technologies creatively.
