What you will do

• Serve as the strategic finance lead for Medical & CE, ensuring resources and outcomes align with the CMG strategy.
• Manage full P&L accountability and drive prioritization across CMG investments in Customer Experience and Medical.
• Execute structured tradeoff analysis to support high-impact financial decisions and drive performance.
• Allocate resources to maximize ROI and portfolio impact based on enterprise value creation.
• Lead, coach, and manage a finance team to strengthen financial discipline and decision quality.
• Manage high-frequency interactions with executive stakeholders to align priorities and resources.

Requirements

• University degree in Business or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably within the Pharma or Life Sciences sectors.
• Proven track record of leadership and experience managing teams.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be based in South San Francisco, California.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
