What you will do

• Lead and manage the manufacturing IT team to ensure reliable support and service level achievement.
• Drive the implementation of standardized systems and technologies aligned with global IT strategies.
• Oversee end-user support services and coordinate with internal and outsourced providers.
• Manage plant IT budgets, including AOP and CAPEX planning and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor manufacturing infrastructure and shop-floor systems to support business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in IT or manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading IT operations and teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management, infrastructure, and business continuity practices.
• Demonstrated success in managing IT budgets, capital projects, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to partner effectively with business and manufacturing leadership.
