What you will do
- Engage with partners virtually to drive acquisition and support their daily operational requirements.
- Build collaborative relationships with partner accounts and identify key decision-makers within organizations.
- Perform partner profiling to identify high-potential accounts and transition them to Channel Account Managers.
- Develop and manage a pipeline focusing on existing business and upselling.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasting.
- Maintain up-to-date reseller and customer information within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Must be based in San Diego.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- English: B2 level required.
- Degree in IT or a cyber-related subject is desirable.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
