What you will do

• Manage a clinical caseload of corporate employees and dependents on a flexible contractual basis.
• Deliver high-quality, short-term counseling (1-8 sessions) for stress, burnout, grief, and anxiety.
• Apply evidence-based modalities such as CBT, SFBT, or ACT tailored to an EAP context.
• Utilize Lyra's digital platform for scheduling, case notes, and data privacy compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Social Work.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Registration with the local governing body in Norway as a psychologist, counsellor, or clinical social worker.
• Proven experience in short-term therapy or employee assistance programs (EAP).
• Secure, confidential space with high-speed internet for telehealth sessions.
