What you will do

• Design and maintain robust data pipelines to collect complex 3D game states and real-time player actions.
• Develop and train scalable deep learning architectures for autonomous NPCs.
• Engineer high-performance inference solutions for the seamless deployment of autonomous NPCs in real-time environments.
• Build and maintain core AI platform components, including the Serving Layer, Model Registry, and Pipeline Orchestrator.
• Architect scalable distributed inference systems for serving LLMs and Large Recommender Models at massive scale.
• Optimize ML models on GPU architectures using techniques like continuous batching, speculative decoding, and quantization.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines and managing model inference and deployment.
• Proven track record with novel datasets and building real-world agentic applications.
• Experience scaling high-performance, high-availability architectures.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Must have valid US work authorization (certain visa categories and H-1B sponsorship may not be supported).
