What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for multiple feature areas, from discovery and problem framing to delivery.
• Influence product direction by identifying opportunities and partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Design intuitive, emotionally resonant experiences grounded in research, data, and behavioral insights.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, and Engineers to validate and iterate on solutions.
• Apply AI-powered tools to accelerate exploration, improve accessibility, and personalize user experiences.
• Contribute to shared UX patterns and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end product design for high-quality mobile experiences.
• Expertise in Figma, modern prototyping tools, and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Fluency in inclusive design principles and global accessibility standards.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to communicate design rationale effectively to leadership and cross-functional partners.
