What you will do

• Lead Agile squads as a servant leader, ensuring the application of Scrum values and principles to build high-performing teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach Product Owners and Development Teams in effective Product Backlog management and self-organization.
• Identify and remove team impediments, escalating cultural or logistic barriers to the appropriate organizational entities.
• Drive continuous improvement using empirical data, feedback loops, and metrics to optimize team interactions and processes.
• Shield the Agile squad from external interference to ensure maximum productivity and focus.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cincinnati, OH
• 3+ years of full-time business experience.
• 1+ year of experience working with Scrum.
• Experience mentoring peers and teams, with a proven ability to remove impediments outside the immediate team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong mediation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
