What you will do

• Partner with engineering teams to write code, review architectures, and build secure application features.
• Design and implement automated fraud detection systems to mitigate platform abuse and payment fraud.
• Own the strategy for hardening AWS/Python infrastructure and running a robust vulnerability management program.
• Lead the security design and deployment of AI and agentic system products.
• Oversee SOC 2 compliance operations and roadmap future certifications like ISO 27001.
• Provide oversight for platform abuse, content moderation, and IT security incident escalation.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on Python and AWS experience.
• Demonstrated experience in securing cloud infrastructure, including IAM, secrets management, and network security.
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and compliance programs such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Ability to translate complex threat models for engineers and security architecture for enterprise CISOs.
• Experience prioritizing and executing in a rapid-scale, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern security tooling such as Drata, Infisical, or Bugcrowd.
