TL;DR
BI Developer (Looker/SQL): Designing reporting architecture, semantic models, and data foundations for the Parcels business to enable scaling with an accent on governed analytics. Focus on transitioning to a Looker-centric platform and replacing manual reporting with scalable BI products.
Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark

What you will do
- Own the technical design and development of BI products, semantic models, and reporting solutions for the Parcels business.
- Define technical standards for BI development, modelling, documentation, and governance.
- Develop performant LookML models, Explores, and dashboards to support commercial performance and operational planning.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering to optimize warehouse structures and transformation logic.
- Replace manual reporting and Google Sheets processes with scalable, governed, and reliable BI solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into practical reporting and tooling solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in BI Engineering or Analytics Engineering with a focus on semantic modelling and scalable analytics.
- Strong proficiency with Looker, LookML, and SQL.
- Proven track record of building reporting products for commercial, finance, supply chain, or logistics teams.
- Strong dimensional data modelling skills and experience with governed KPI definitions.
- Ability to shape ambiguous stakeholder requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Copenhagen office.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Sheets, Apps Script, or Python.
- Experience with automation or AI-assisted workflows.
