What you will do
- Lead the design and governance of global HR Services quality standards, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Drive global quality reviews, audits, and compliance assessments to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Design and deliver global HR training strategies, including onboarding and capability-building initiatives.
- Serve as a Workday and HR Services SME, partnering with Technology teams for system enhancements and data quality.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience in HR Shared Services, Quality Management, or L&D within a global environment.
- Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis).
- Hands-on experience with Workday and HR technologies.
- Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and lead change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
