What you will do

• Improve and refine underdeveloped designs and presentation materials.
• Transform complex content into clear, polished, and professional deliverables.
• Edit documents to enhance readability, clarity, and consistency across the board.
• Structure and organize content for internal and external knowledge bases.
• Gather and clarify requirements directly from stakeholders and requestors.
• Support various project stages, ranging from pre-sale to project closure.

Requirements

• Understanding of technical communication fundamentals.
• Proficiency in structuring and organizing complex information clearly.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Familiarity with IT industry terminology and core concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Strong English communication skills and knowledge of plain English principles required.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
