What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure AI solutions using state-of-the-art GenAI technology.
• Translate customer requirements into technical AI architectures and build rapid prototypes.
• Transform prototypes into production-grade systems and reliable scalable applications.
• Collaborate with business experts for requirement gathering, data source identification, and feature engineering.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence within the organization.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong expertise in Python and state-of-the-art AI/ML methods.
• Proficiency with LLMs and libraries such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Data & AI services, and MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Fluent English plus fluency in French and/or Dutch.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
