What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures based on regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly to ensure ongoing adherence.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
• Investigate and resolve compliance breaches, issues, and complaints.
• Prepare and submit mandatory regulatory reports and filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for fintech operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex regulations and implementing practical solutions.
