What you will do

• Own and maintain the Finance Transformation roadmap, translating strategic priorities into a governed programme of initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex finance transformation workstreams from business case development through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Establish and manage programme governance, including RAID logs, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Drive process improvement and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation across the finance function.
• Lead change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and adoption strategies.
• Manage programme budgets, resource allocation, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Finance background with strong knowledge of end-to-end processes; preferably a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-workstream finance transformation programmes.
• Strong programme management experience, ideally supported by Prince2, PMI, or APM qualifications.
• Experience working in post-ERP transformation environments, specifically with SAP or similar implementations.
• Demonstrated experience leading structured change management and managing senior executive stakeholders.
• Exposure to process mining tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, or similar.

Nice to have

• Tableau and/or PowerBI certification.
• Experience with Databricks and dimensional data modelling.
