What you will do
- Lead a team of security engineers, managing workloads and the InfoSec roadmap.
- Implement and maintain security controls, hardening infrastructure using IAM, PIM, and PAM.
- Monitor security alerts via SIEM and EDR, leading incident response and containment efforts.
- Translate regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, FCA/PRA, Lloyd's Principle 12) into technical controls.
- Provide security advisory and managed services to 20+ syndicate and MGA clients.
- Manage simulated phishing campaigns to test and improve staff security awareness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, with 3-4 years in a lead or management role.
- Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work.
- Experience with cloud security (Azure/AWS) and the Microsoft 365 security suite.
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, or Crowdstrike.
- Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and the Mitre Attack framework.
- Experience working within highly regulated industries.

- Experience with tools such as Varonis, Tenable, or Pentera.
