What you will do

• Implement AI-driven use cases across Sales, Service, and Aftersales processes.
• Integrate AI capabilities with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics), Enterprise APIs, and customer data platforms.
• Develop data flows and pipelines for AI ingestion, enrichment, and retrieval.
• Embed AI into existing business processes to automate workflows and enhance user productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and architects to move solutions from prototype to production.
• Monitor the performance, cost, and quality of AI outputs to ensure enterprise standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Strong backend development skills in Python, Node.js, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI orchestration and DPA automation technologies.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and large-scale enterprise integrations.
• Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on business outcomes.
• Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Experience in integration-heavy enterprise environments.
