Data Integration With Dutch (Ecommerce)

TL;DR

Data Integration Specialist (Ecommerce): Managing the integration and standardization of article data into PIM systems with an accent on data integrity and commercial offer accuracy. Focus on formatting large datasets, ensuring compliance with supplier standards, and coordinating with Sourcing and Supply Chain teams.

Location: Hybrid (Brussels, Belgium). Possibility of teleworking 2 days a week.

What you will do

• Format, consolidate, and standardize commercial offer and description data to enable sales production.
• Integrate key article information (references, sizes, barcodes, attributes, prices, etc.) into the PIM.
• Perform quality checks on imported data and images to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Category Management departments to facilitate production.
• Identify and address data anomalies within the systems during the production phase.
• Maintain daily reporting of completed tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
• English: Intermediate level (B1).
• Dutch/Flemish: Mandatory prerequisite.
• Strong rigor, organization, and ability to work autonomously within a team.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Brussels (Vorst).
