What you will do

• Support implementation of marketing and sales activities across various channels.
• Assist in developing and executing 12-month brand plans with retail partners.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Training, and Customer Service teams.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, risks, and opportunities.
• Execute and monitor social media campaigns and digital activations.
• Track and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree completed or in final stages in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• First experience in FMCG or luxury marketing (internships included).
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Zug, Switzerland.
