What you will do

• Collect, cleanse, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain and revamp existing dashboards to enhance operational reporting efficiency.
• Build and refine dashboard pages to monitor key SLAs for internal delivery teams.
• Synthesize complex datasets into strategic analysis reports for the executive team.
• Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on data interpretation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Finance teams to support company projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Sale, Manchester, UK.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on structured logic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data summarization and presentation.
• Experience or understanding of Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to annotate code for long-term clarity.
• Enthusiasm for data analysis and business improvement processes.
