What you will do

• Provide functional support for SAP Ariba and SAP Concur applications by handling incidents and service requests via a ticketing system.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure seamless support delivery.
• Maintain support documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in German and English.
• Experience in customer support, helpdesk, application support, or ticket handling.
• Must be based in Romania.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.
