What you will do
- Lead AI integration by identifying high-impact business use cases in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Design and deploy complex multi-modal agents featuring LLM reasoning and robust evaluation loops.
- Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions from conceptual architecture to production deployment.
- Define engineering standards for testing, deployment patterns, and agent design.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers to raise the team's technical bar.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production software experience, including recent experience shipping AI/Agentic systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
- Proven experience with modern agent frameworks and LLM evaluation beyond simple prompt engineering.
- Strong bias for ownership, taking systems from problem statement to production.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from the office in Szczecin, Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience with ElevenLabs, Azure AI, Databricks, or Palantir.
- Frontend skills in TypeScript and React for building agent UIs.
- Cloud/DevOps fluency, including containers and CI/CD.
- C# / .NET experience for integration with existing stacks.
