What you will do

• Assess player data and alerts to identify indicators of fraud, money laundering, and unsustainable play.
• Maintain and improve the configuration of payment and risk management tools, specifically PIQ and SEON.
• Verify player documentation to mitigate financial crime risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage transaction processing and escalations in accordance with internal procedures and SLAs.
• Interact with players to apply responsible gambling tools, conduct checks, or implement self-exclusion.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Marketing teams on AML and responsible gambling initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in payment processing tools such as PaymentsIQ (PIQ) and fraud tools such as SEON.
• Solid knowledge of responsible gambling approaches and money laundering typologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Perfect written and spoken English, including the ability to understand British slang terms.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the gambling industry or a related field is highly desirable.
