What you will do

• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and end-to-end data products.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using AWS Glue and Airflow workflows.
• Develop and optimize data models and Redshift schemas to improve performance.
• Ensure data quality through consistent monitoring, validation, and continuous improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to drive best practices and process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, specifically Glue and Redshift.
• Expertise in Redshift schema design, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Proven experience building and maintaining Airflow DAGs.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience developing, testing, and debugging production-grade code.

Nice to have

• Experience working with business stakeholders in Sales, FP&A, or Commercial Performance.
• Knowledge of Apache Iceberg and MicroStrategy.
