TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Security): Identifying and qualifying high-potential leads for the Eastern European region with an accent on strategic bridge building between marketing and sales. Focus on active lead qualification, proactive market development, and optimizing the sales pipeline using CRM and AI tools.

Location: Must be based in our office in Warsaw, Poland or Prague, Czech Republic

What you will do

  • Qualify incoming sales calls and manage the Salesforce lead queue for the Eastern European region to generate high-quality SQLs.
  • Lead professional inbound and outbound conversations to reactivate inactive partners and explore unused market segments.
  • Utilize webinar platforms and AI-driven applications to efficiently generate and convert leads.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs) to optimize the quality of lead handovers.
  • Maintain precise data as a Salesforce Super-User for the Middle Europe team and share best practices within the EMEA network.
  • Participate in trade fairs and key partner meetings to maintain market presence.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar sales development role.
  • Experience and knowledge in IT, with the security industry being a significant advantage.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a hunter-driven sales personality.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
