TL;DR
Product Support Engineer (iPaaS): Providing senior-level technical escalation and support for an AI-first integration platform across cloud and on-premise deployments with an accent on infrastructure diagnostics, high-availability architecture, and incident resolution. Focus on diagnosing complex runtime issues, optimizing SQL configurations, and refining AI-driven first-line support.
Location: Hybrid; Prefer locations near Espoo, Finland for occasional office visits

What you will do
- Own and resolve technical incidents and service requests within SLAs across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Diagnose issues across the full stack, including Control Panel UI, agents (Windows/Linux), API Management, and SQL configuration stores.
- Guide customers through version upgrades and troubleshoot post-upgrade issues.
- Support on-premise and airgapped installations, including HA architecture and identity provider integration (OIDC/ADFS).
- Collaborate with R&D and Platform Operations to resolve product defects and improve the platform.
- Refine AI first-line support (Botpress) by documenting resolutions and updating the knowledge base.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and system administration, specifically with Windows Server and IIS.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPN).
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including high-availability patterns (AlwaysOn, clustering).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language: PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with REST APIs, API gateways, and authentication flows (HTTP, TLS).
- Strong written English communication skills for professional customer interaction.
Nice to have
- Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, ActiveMQ).
- Knowledge of other databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) and web hosting (NGINX, Apache).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and object storage (S3, Azure Storage).
- Experience with identity standards like OAuth 2.0, SAML, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Nordic language skills (Finnish or Swedish).
